Our Bed wetting tips and tricks

Let's talk bedwetting! It can be a source of stress for both the kids and families. It's a normal part of having kids, but I won’t lie, cleaning up wet sheets before work isn’t my favourite thing.

Here are some tips and tricks we use and have in place to assist in the bed wetting. It makes it easier on us as parents and on the girls.

Our Bed Wetting Action Plan

- I ask the girls 1 hour before bed to go to the toilet and then again 5 mins before.

- Stay calm – it can get overwhelming for kids and be a bit embarrassing, not to mention tiring for Mum and Dad! But staying calm makes everything much easier.

- Be protected! We have loved the brand Protect A Bed for years now and we swear by it.
We are armed with two Protect A Bed products that help keep our beds accident proof!
