Can you belvie another school term done and dusted! SCHOOL HOLIDAYS are back and today i share with you all Australia and New Zealand Merlin entertainment guide for school holidays.



NSW
SEA LIFE SYDNEY AQUARIUM


What: Animal Planet at Sea Life Sydney Aquarium

This July school holidays, Sea Life Sydney Aquarium has partnered with Discovery Channel’s Animal Planet to invite guests on an o-fish-ial quest to discover fascinating features about the fin-tastic places our underwater friends call home.

The interactive experience will take families on a turtle-y cool underwater adventure throughout the aquarium. Children will learn about creature’s habitats, different environments and the importance of conservation.
The adventure starts upon ent-ray where all children will receive a scratch card activity sheet, then the race is on to hunt for stars throughout the attraction. After discovering all of the stars, it's time to reveal the full prize word!
To be in the draw to win a great prize pack, simply pop your card in the prize box, located at the end of the journey at our activity hub!
To celebrate Plastic Free July, guests to Sea Life Sydney Aquarium are also encouraged to #FillABag and save 20% on the walk-up entry price. Simply collect a bag full of rubbish from a nearby beach, park or even down the street, upload a pic of with the bag of rubbish to social media and tag @sealifesydneyaquarium and #FillABag - then present the photo to our staff when purchasing your ticket at the admissions counter to redeem the discount.

WILD LIFE SYDNEY ZOO

This July school holidays, Wild Life Sydney Zoo has partnered with Discovery Channel’s Animal Planet to invite guests on a quoll-ity quest to discover fascinating features about the amazing places our Australian friends call home.

The interactive experience will take families on a turtle-y exciting underwater adventure throughout the zoo. Children will learn about creature’s habitats, different environments and the importance of conservation.
The adventure starts upon entry where all children will receive a scratch card activity sheet, and then the race is on to become a koala-fied ranger and hunt for stars throughout the attraction. After discovering all of the stars, it's time to reveal the full prize word!

MADAME TUSSAUDS SYDNEY


What: Join the Justice League at Madame Tussauds Sydney

Justice will be served this July school holidays at Madame Tussauds Sydney as the world-famous attraction welcomes an all-star cast of DC Super Heroes in an epic, new experience. From 30th June guests will come face-to-face with their favourite Justice League heroes in an action-packed adventure unlike any other.
Guests will star alongside Justice Leagues Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, and Ezra Miller as The Flash as they fight to save the world from Lex Luthor’s evil corporation, LexCorp.
Elsewhere in the city, Lex’s experiment wreaks havoc, sending a helicopter and its occupants hurtling toward the ground. Guests have to summon all their strength and join the Super Heroes as they fight to save the world:
• Help Superman lift a REAL helicopter back into the sky as onlookers cheer from the streets below.   
• Guests must summon Batman with the Bat-Signal. Billowing smoke and wind reveal Batman as he’s called into battle onto the rooftop, ready to save the world.  
• Then it’s time to dig deep as guests harness their inner Super Hero alongside Wonder Woman. One successful gauntlet blast can destroy the LexCorp technology that has created havoc in the city.
• Then it’s time to help The Flash by running alongside him! Once guests hit ‘top speed’, effects around The Flash’s environment, including projection lighting on his suit, jump to life and electricity cracks.

LEGOLAND DISCOVERY CENTRE

Get ready to hold your breath as LEGOLAND Discovery Centre heads underwater!
From Tuesday 26th June, families will be submerged in an underwater realm at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre, where they will embark on a fin-tastic underwater quest to discover mysterious sea creatures at the bottom of the ocean!
The quest begins upon arrival where guests will be greeted by a Shark Suit Guy Minifigure and Mermaid before taking a seat at the all new interactive digital build table. Time to put your Underwater Explorer creativity cap on!
A large, rocky sea bed with the twisting tentacles of an octopus rises from the floor, and the challenge is on - what creation will you design to complete the colourful coral reef?!

Create exciting new creatures, ships and submarines to explore the seas, and be amazed as projected animation brings the water and LEGO models to life! There will also be a number of part-built sea stars, allowing guests to work as a team to complete the build by adding arms, colours and patterns. A life-size submarine LEGO build provides the ultimate photo opportunity, making you the real-deal underwater explorer!

The all-new Underwater Quest ships in at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre from 26th June and promises to be the newest must-sea experience!
